Coffs Harbour City Council’s ePlanning portal allows you to browse Council's City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2011 and the City Centre Development Control Plan, undertake a planning enquiry and view the relevant planning controls that apply to a property and/or a development proposed to be located within the City Centre. The portal also allows you to track a recently submitted or determined development application and provides general information about individual properties within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area.

Application Tracking

In relation to development applications, the information provided represents some key milestones in the development application process and displays some associated application documents, but is not a detailed history.
